Datalogic GREEN-LASE Series

GREEN-LASE series lasers are based on the V-LASE Series and employ Second Harmonic Generation to produce 532nm wavelength green laser from a 1064nm wavelength source. The resulting laser has reduced heat-affected zone (HAZ) effect compared to infrared laser. This results in less distortion when marking many surfaces and is especially useful for marking thin films without piercing the film. Other applications include marking semiconductor wafers and solar cells. Models are available with 4 and 10W nominal power.

A choice of 4 lenses is available for marking areas from 35 x 35mm to 140 x 140mm. A visible LED marking area indicator is included as standard to make setting for new products quick and easy.

Datalogic Lighter Suite software provides a powerful yet easy to use editor for creating marking images. Text, graphics, barcodes and 2D codes can be included in marking messages. Graphics can be included as vector (outline) or raster (bitmap) depending on the required result.
